With my first electric guitar, a Kalamazoo

A few years after I got my first guitar at age 10, I started playing in bands and teaching others.

After high school, I graduated from Hollywood’s Musicians Institute, Guitar Institute of Technology (a program to develop professional-level musicianship through performance and total immersion).

When I returned to Minnesota, I taught at Schmitt Music and have provided lessons since.

I played with a number of local bands before spearheading my questionsinletters’ project, during which I released two albums:
